Founder & Software
Christian is a senior software engineer at Uber with over 15 years of full-stack development experience. He previously led a technology division and has built and scaled platforms across fitness, education, and consumer tech, including a mobile app with over 1 million users. Christian holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Jeffrey R. Gossain, P. Eng, ICD.D
Executive Chairman
Jeffrey is an executive and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience building and scaling companies across technology, digital infrastructure, and consumer products. As a former President & COO, he has led organizations through major growth, public listings, and complex operations.
His background spans construction, asset management, and technology startups, with experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and thoughtfully designed products. He holds a bilingual Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta and completed executive education in finance at Harvard Business School.
Stéphane Bussière, P.Eng.
COO
Stéphane is a professional engineer with over a decade of experience guiding inventors from napkin sketch to commercially viable products. He specializes in design for manufacturability, prototype fabrication, and collaborating with diverse teams, delivering creative solutions to bring innovative ideas to life. He holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Mathew Bussière, P.Eng., M.Sc.
CTO
Mathew is a professional engineer and R&D leader with over 10 years of experience in experimental testing and risk modeling. He specializes in data analytics, machine learning, and mechanical systems, and leads multidisciplinary teams focused on solving complex engineering challenges. He holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alberta.
Lauren McDavid
Brand & Aesthetics
Lauren is the founder of Kyle & Co. Design Studio and the creative force behind Bar Trove and Trove Living. Known for her refined, layered interiors, she specializes in luxury residential and hospitality design. Her work has been featured in Architectural Digest, and she studied interior architecture and design. She holds a degree in Interior Design from Ryerson University.

Christine is the founder of CRUM Coffee Bar and a multidisciplinary designer with over 10 years of experience. She has led national brand launches across Canada, bringing a refined aesthetic and strategic focus to every project. She studied arts at the University of Alberta and holds certification in design and digital media.
